I love this song! A very touching song and one of my favorite. Every time I hear on the Radio, always makes me stop and listen to feel the music. I do remember the movie dirty dancing, When the producers of the 1987 film Dirty Dancing were finalizing the movie's soundtrack,
Patrick Swayze wrote the song and asked if he could sing it. The producers and director agreed.
The song, like the film in which it was featured, was a success, reaching #3 on American pop charts, and #1 around the world.
Hard to believe he is gone! sigh (^,^)Patrick Swayze an amazing actor from dirty dancing to Ghost, will always be missed.
