Are you a tea drinker?
As a tea drinker, we must be very careful. In summer time iced tea is the best but it is potentially one of the worst things to drink for people who have a tendency to form kidney stones. Men are more prone, as new evidence suggests that iced tea can make them at higher risk for kidney stones.
Kidney stones have a higher concentration during summer months when heat and humidity are at their highest. To avoid kidney stones, keep hydrated with fluids to decrease saturation in your urine, the best fluids to drink are water and lemonade.
During winter we wanted to drink hot tea to warm our body. The theory is that regularly drinking very hot drinks could chronically irritate and inflame the esophagus, making it susceptible to carcinogens. People in the study who drank their tea less than 2 minutes after it was poured from the piping-hot kettle had a greater risk of esophageal cancer than the people who waited 4 or more minutes (enough to get it below 149 degrees Fahrenheit. To reduce the risk let your drink cool a few minutes.
Iranian province is one of the highest rates of esophageal cancer in the world,
researchers found that subjects who regularly drank extremely hot tea had a higher risk of the cancer -- much higher than people who drank their tea just warm or lukewarm.
Today, a wealth of studies has provided hard evidence for its positive effects on health. Drinking green tea is reputed to promote heart health, lower high cholesterol levels, lessen free radical damage to cells, fight obesity, inhibit the abnormal formation of blood clots, and slow the progression of age-related cognitive impairment and Alzheimer’s disease. Researchers now say that certain compounds in green tea may actually slow the progression of prostate cancer, a disease that kills more men each year in the United States than any cancer other than lung cancer.
According to Dr. James Cardelli, at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport “Green tea can keep cancer from growing very fast, but it may not be able to shrink tumors,” he said. “But it can be a good addition to traditional therapies, like chemotherapy or radiation.” more information Green Tea: A New Weapon Against Prostate Cancer

I love iced tea, siguro moderate drinking na lang ;;)

I have always been a tea drinker because I try to avoid coffee. It's a healthier supplement to coffee, although some people say coffee is also good for the health. My favorite is Snapple. We got to have a supply of Snapple every time.
Hey, I am really bothered by your pop-up ads---they either freeze my my PC or takes forever to fully load the page. What's worse, it keeps on popping when you think you have clicked the X of the pop-up ad.
The pop up ad you have, aside from this, it also opens another window for another advertisement. It's really kind of annoying. I'm just telling you. I don't know if I 'm the only one experiencing it but I don't encounter such a problem like this in other blogs as of this time.
I hope you're not bothered by my "honest complaint"....I'm sorry if I do but I thought I would have to let you know.
yes i`m, tea drinker is health? if you drink not often it is healthy
